This database contains the bibliographic description of articles from journals and chapters from books present at the libraries at Wageningen Agricultural University. In some cases an abstract has been added.
The articles in the library address issues surrounding the situation of women in rural and agricultural societies. Literature that is important for analyzing their position is also included, e.g. articles on labour, health issues, feminist theory and methodology . The articles have been selected from 240 agricultural and social science journals. A number of chapters taken from readers and books is also included in the database.
Although full-text articles are not available online photocopies can be requested.
