Institute of Informatics and Development (IID) is an independent policy think tank that aims to bridge the gap between public policy and technological advancement.
IID promotes informed policy discourse among the makers and shakers of public policy. It also promotes evidence-based and participatory policy making process and aims to bridge the gap between the haves and have-nots of access to development discourse through various ICT-aided programmes including e-participation, online research portals, policy briefs and information visualisation.
